2. Present your GIFT CARD or RECEIPT to Bonnie Woitas of Realty Executives River Valley. 
3. You make Bonnie Woitas of Realty Executives River Valley your Exclusive Listing Agent or Selling agent via contract.
4. Your buy or sell a home (or Both), using Bonnie Woitas of Realty Executives River Valley.

THE DISCOUNT WILL BE AWARDED as a reduction in commissions due at the time of closing, when you buy or sell a home as permitted by law.

   $250 Discount applies to customers who BUY a home.
   $250 Discount applies to customers who SELL a home.
   $500 Discount applies to customers who BOTH BUY AND SELL as provided.

There is no Discount in commissions due for customers or clients who have or had contracts or brokerage engagements with Bonnie Woitas or Realty Executives River Valley without registering nor for customers/clients who are referred to Bonnie Woitas Realty Executives River Valley by a 3rd party for a fee or by those under contract with another brokerage.  This offer can not be combined with other offers or promotions.

The Discount in Commissions is based upon a 6% total commission, split 50/50 betoween listing and selling brokers.  The allowed Discounted Commission will be proportionally adjusted for any lesser commission basis.
